  1. First in pan add 4tbls of oil; when oil is hot add curry leaf, cinnamon, jeera, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, and chopped onion. Fry until onions are golden brown.
  2. Then add palak purey and cook. Then add salt, garam masala, and boil rice. Mix properly and cook.
  3. Last add fried paneer and serve hot.
