- Fry the doughnuts for about 6 minutes. Flipping halfway through frying. Lower the heat if they are browning too quickly. Fry in batches so the temperature of the oil doesn't drop.
- Take them out of the oil and place them on a cooling rack. If coating in sugar, this is the time while they are still warm.
- Fry all the doughnuts and serve warm. These can be refrigerated for up to a week. Thaw and then microwave or refry. Enjoy!
